Ship a real Claude Skill in one evening 🚀

Claude Skills Build Club is a fast, collaborative, hands-on workshop where you go from “I’ve been meaning to try this…” to “here’s my .skill file, it works.”

In just 2.5 hours, you’ll see real examples, build your first Skill step-by-step, and ship something genuinely useful to your workflow or team, with mentors helping along the way.

Massimo Olivieri

Massimo will introduce SkillKit, a framework that makes SKILL.md a universal standard. His talk will show how developers can use SkillKit to unlock Claude Skills across any agent framework with zero rewrites.

Attendees will learn how to make their skills portable, modular and usable beyond the Claude ecosystem.

Florenz Ertling

Florenz brings a strong blend of AI engineering, automation strategy, and real-world implementation experience. His work focuses on building practical AI agents, designing efficient workflows, and helping teams adopt advanced automation tools. As the creator of the widely-shared walkthrough “Claude Skills – 10x Your AI Coding Workflow,” he offers one of the clearest explanations of skill structure, invocation, and progressive disclosure.

At Build Club, Florenz will share an expanded version of his framework for designing effective Claude Skills, showcasing how to structure, load, and invoke Skills for maximum context efficiency and real developer impact.

Maithri VM

With 20+ years of engineering and product architecture experience, Maithri has built NLP systems, GenAI platforms, semantic search engines, and enterprise-grade AI solutions across cloud, mobile, and large-scale SaaS environments. Her work spans critical ML infrastructure, HCI-focused product design, and building advanced LLM applications for research, conversational agents, and domain-specific intelligence.

At the Claude Skills Build Club, Maithri will present “Building Intelligent Agents with Claude Skills and MCP”, a practical look at how enterprise teams are using Claude’s skill framework and the Model Context Protocol to ship production-ready agents capable of autonomous code execution, progressive task discovery, and multi-tool orchestration. Her session includes a live demo of agent-driven automation solving real business workflows.

Rajath Bail

Rajath is a designer and product builder from Bangalore who’s spent years crafting intuitive workflows and creative tooling. He’s the creator of Hillnote, a markdown-first workspace that now includes native Claude Skill exporting built directly into the product.

At Build Club, Rajath will show how he creates modular, portable Claude Skills and how Hillnote lets you export, mix, match and plug them into different workflows. Attendees will learn how to design interchangeable skills and extend what Claude can do with a clean, repeatable process.

Laimonas Sutkus

Laimonas is the CTO and co-founder of Callsy AI, where he builds AI voice agents and automation tools that streamline real customer conversations. He’s an experienced engineer with a strong background in SaaS, AI, and developer tooling.

At the event, he’ll demo a Claude-powered tool that automatically generates complete OpenAPI specs from a codebase — a practical example of using AI to reliably automate important developer tasks that are essential for correctness and shipping production-grade software. Tools like this are great candidates for what could make a powerful Claude Skill.
