These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OnCall, a product, service, and software platform operated by Boundless91, Inc., located at 30 Oakwood Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850 (“Boundless91,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using OnCall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Overview of OnCall

OnCall is an AI-powered debugging assistant that reads runtime signals (such as logs and traces), processes them with third-party LLMs, and helps users diagnose and resolve software issues.
OnCall includes a local CLI tool and cloud-processed AI integrations.
OnCall does not store any logs, code, or debugging data.

2. Eligibility

You may use OnCall only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You agree to these Terms

  • Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws

You must not use OnCall to build, operate, or assist in any software, tool, or application that is illegal or supports illegal activity under any jurisdiction.


You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to United States embargoes or trade sanctions (including, without limitation, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), and you will not export or re-export the Service to any such jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

OnCall requires a user account. You may authenticate using:

  • Email

  • OAuth

  • Access Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. License & Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OnCall for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble OnCall

  • Use OnCall for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities

  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

You may share log outputs or debugging insights generated by OnCall at your own discretion and in compliance with your employer’s policies.

5. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Certain features of OnCall may require paid access, including:

  • Subscription fees

  • Usage-based fees

  • Token-based processing fees

Pricing and billing models may change and will be disclosed before purchase.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and the applicable charges.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your account settings or by contacting us at support@oncall.build. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle. As stated above, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Processing & Privacy

OnCall does not store your logs, code, error traces, or debugging content.
However:

  • Logs and debugging signals are temporarily sent to our cloud servers for processing

  • OnCall uses third-party LLMs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) which may process your inputs per their policies

  • Once processing is complete, your data is deleted immediately

We do not:

  • Retain user logs

  • Store application code

  • Build datasets from user data

  • Sell or share user data

We do collect minimal user information required for authentication (email/OAuth data).

7. Third-Party Services

OnCall integrates with third-party AI providers.
Your use of OnCall constitutes acknowledgment that these services may process your data.
You are responsible for ensuring your data is permitted to be processed by these third-party vendors under your company’s policies.

8. Disclaimers

OnCall is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Boundless91 does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions

  • Fitness for a particular industry or regulatory environment

OnCall may be used across all industries, including but not limited to finance, healthcare, legal, and enterprise workflows. However, OnCall is not a substitute for human review, compliance validation, or professional judgment.

You use OnCall at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Boundless91 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Boundless91’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

10. Termination

Boundless91 may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in illegal or harmful activity

  • You misuse the service

  • You fail to pay subscription or usage fees

Upon termination:

  • You may lose access to previously processed data

  • You will not receive refunds for remaining subscription time

  • Boundless91 may report illegal behavior to relevant authorities

We are under no obligation to justify or provide explanations for termination decisions.

Because OnCall does not store logs or debugging data, termination does not impact your local files.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of OnCall constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
